That particular extra, obviously not.
We reviewers often don't get the time to scrutinize absolutely everything, especially on a TV set packed with extra features. Generally on a season set like this, I try to watch at least half the episodes, watch/listen to the main extras in their entirely but tend to skim over more trivial things like music videos, trivia games, etc.
In this case I just dropped the ball, dude. After 1,208 reviews over seven years, I hope you'll give me some slack.

No slack Stuart. You need to commit your soul to each DVD and Blu-Ray; real people with real feelings create those trivia games.

No problem. I weighed getting the review out as quickly and as timely as possible vs. doing it right, and fell short in examining the extras as thoroughly as I should have and was called out on that. Fair enough.

At the end of Scott's Tots, the Michael and Erin driving scene (second to last scene I think) is windowboxed like a non-anamorphic letterboxed dvd appears on a widescreen display and then the following scene switches back to filling the 16:9 frame. I can't remember, did it air that way for some reason or is this a mistake on the BD?

If the review needs anything, it needs to be updated to include information about the faulty discs. There's even a thread here about the problem - http://forum.dvdtalk.com/hd-talk/579...-glitches.html
It's been a year and the problem persists - I just picked up the set and have the exact same problems.
