Anybody have the Don Herzfeldt short Rejected DVD?

Yes.

There is not much on it besides the short film rejected. Besides that there are a couple of stills.. and one deleted scene.

Its only about 25-35 minutes of total content. But it is definately worth a buy imho, especially if you are entertaining guests, bring it out a couple times a year for guests and they will be laughing like crazy.

It's worth the $16 bucks, but I think a complete set of Bitter Films shorts will be released after the next film is completed.

As for the current Rejected DVD...

The video and audio is fine, but the video clearly has a ton of edge enhancement and is from a tape source. I read on Don Hertzfeldt's website that an HD restoration was made for Billy's Balloon, so perhaps the rest of the shorts will end up getting remasters.

It's one of the best animated shorts, ever, though. I have no problems putting Rejected next to stuff like Book Revue and The Skeleton Dance in terms of animation greatness.
