review Wanted: RIKI-OH!

Hi, does anybody have any idea about this movie:
Riki-Oh: Story of Riki??

i've heard lots of good gore coming out from this movie...
but...
most reviews i've seen seems to hate the disc (picture & sound transfer)

how bad is the disc anyway?

oh yeah, i could found the disc anywhere... anybody know how much it is?

thanx

...didn't find a review of the DVD - but did find a review of the movie which makes it sound like just the thing to show your evil mother-in-law, causing her to run from the house screaming...

. . . . . .

I have the Megastar DVD...the disc itself says "Tokyo Shock", so I guess it'll be the same release as that one. Anyway, the transfer is IMHO pretty good for a HK movie. Some specks, but nothing that detracts from the movie, and you only notice them if you're looking for them. I'd recommend it.

I'd recommend it if your a fan of HK comedy gore. I have the Megastar version too and think it's a trip...
I honestly can't say I noticed the picture quaility, although if it were offensive I think I would have noticed.
Then again I don't expect a lot of "quality" in any regard from these types of films. Know what I mean?
Enjoy!
