1) ... it's not Disney, it's a DreamWorks animated feature
2) ... there are two versions, one has DD 5.1 sound, the other has a dts soundtrack - see review:

The cheaper one listed on Amazon is the DTS version. The DD edition offers exactly the same extras, and I thought picture and sound were virtually identical. That said, if your system supports DTS, I'd get that one.
Amazon want more for the DD version because they haven't corrected its price. The DD DVD was originall $35 list, but it now goes for $27 list, the same as the DTS version.
They also offer a 2-pack of POE and its semi-sequel Joseph. The latter's not great, but for the extra few bucks, it's not a bad purchase to get them together.
Anyway, here are links to my reviews of all three:

BTW, my comments about POE as a film are better represented in the DTS review; my third viewing of the movie resulted in the most complete discussion of it...

I saw it in the theater and really liked the movie. I got the DVD but still haven't watched it. My young daughter thought it was too intense and cried through most of it. (Much like my wife when I ask for sex
