Bedazzled thx vs CBS/fox version

I noticed there are 2 versions of Bedazzled and was wondering what the differences are between them?
One is Digitally mastered by THX
The other is from CBS/Fox.
Are there any known problems with the CBS/Fox version?

The new one says THX on the bottom - I figured the other one you mentioned would be the '67 version, but its not actually in print
