From the specificatin given in the website, do you think this speaker will rock? Remember, I am a student and I want to enjoy the basic things such as DD and DTS.

Will it "rock"?? Maybe, but it doesn't have much power according to the spec's, but if you're on a budget, and your room is small, it should do just fine.

Doubt it will rock at 25W RMS. Try to get something around 100Wx5, That was sufficient for my dorm room.
