Not familiar with multi region players. You may want to also post in the "International Forum" as you might get a better response there.

I highly recommend the Panasonic DVD-RV30 player. Look on audioreview.com and epinions.com for user reviews. At both sites, this player has an extremely high rating (one of the highest). This player has been compared to DVD players in the $1000 range! I own it also, and I love it! Picture quality and sound quality are superb!

Keep in mind that the Panasonic has a $50 manufacturer mail in rebate. Here's the link.

You can get this player for $179.99 at Amazon.com. The price at amazon.com is $229.99, and there is a $50 off of $200 coupon at the electronics store that you can get at edealfinder.com. THat comes to $179.99, and there is a $50 mail-in-rebate off of that!

Not only is the Panasonic one of the best in its class, you can get it for an excellent price!

I think this would be the best player to get!
Hope this helps!

Sorry, didn't realize you wanted a multiplayer. I have read that Sony makes some nice multiplayers. Do a search on the internet, and you can find many reviews on multiplayer DVD players. I just did, and it seems like Sony and Toshiba make excellent multiplayers.

Sorry about the previous post! I need to read!
