I just got VE, and it really seems to help my picture. But at the end, they throw a lot of patterns at you without much explanation. Two patterns in particular caused problems on my set, but there was no guidance on how to fix these issues. Both were very small lines very close together, which caused some blue "swimming" on my set. One of them had a moving thing with these lines on it in the middle of the screen. I messed around with my settings, but was afraid to lose all I have already done. Does anyone know what to do about this "swimming" issue?

I don't think you can do anything about the "swimming" as long as you've set your sharpness correctly. That's about the best you can do. I have quite a good set and see some swimming too but never notice anything like it watching movies.
