I have a 28" Sony Wega TV. When there is a black screen on there are white marks at the top and sides in WIDE MODE. This is a replacement TV the first had the same problem but different places. Its more noticable with the lights switched off. Anyone Help??? Is my TV Faulty....

Have you tried going to CircuitCity, BestBuy, ... and set a similar TV in wide mode to see if there is any difference?

It might give you a clue. (Hopefully.)
