I bought a Kenwood Hometheater a While back, As far as i Know it supports both DTS and DD (has the decoder for both?)
My Sony DVD player also Supports both formats, and I have DVD's in Both formats.

So my question, Besides the Sound Quality (DTS Better?) What is the Difference in Setup, I have 1sw, 2 front, 2 Rear, and a center, probally not adjusted right any way, My DVD Player is set to Dolby 5.1, Digital out using a Very Expensive Optical Cable

is there a Diffrent Speaker mix? Or just a Diffrence in the Encoding/Decoder

Thanks

DD and DTS are both 5.1 mixes (2 fronts, a centre, 2 rears, and a sub), so there's no difference in the speaker setup.

Hope this helps.
