Hello -

I have been having problems with the supplemental disc... some of the menus make the player freeze, then return to the menu I started at.

The first one noticed it on was the 'Story' menu in the Toy Story 2 supplemental material.

Anyone else having problems? Thanks...

I had a problem on the supplemental disc. Finally Toshiba emailed me and I have to send my player down to Georgia and they will update the software "free of charge". Wonder how much shipping will be? Email me if you need any info.

I've gotten a e-mail from Toshiba acknowledging the problem, but no instuctions.

I told them I will not pay one penny to have this taken care of since it's their mistake.

It's been a week... perhaps they're not going to help...

If so, Toshiba will lose my business, without a doubt.

Sort of off-topic, but why the hell does Toshiba have so many problems, when even low-end players have better compatibility track records? Always in need of a firmware upgrade... Why??? Sorry, just venting.

I have the same problem with my Mitshubishi (sp?). Haven't tried to solve it though. I hear a lot of people are having this problem with the third disc. I had to watch mine on my computer.
