I have a Jamo 200 centre speaker and a 32" widescreen Sony Wega TV. The centre is supposed to be magnetically sheilded, but when it is on top of the TV (the best place for it) and the volume goes up in the centre, I get sort of ripples down the top of the picture. You can only see it when the picture is light. I've tried raising the speaker off the top of the set on speaker feet, but it made no difference. My question is: is there any way of magnetically sheilding your centre speaker in addition to its own (supposed) shielding? Is there a mat you can buy or any kind of material that you can get to sheild it? Any ideas would be welcome. Cheers

This has nothing to do with your center not being sheilded, but is happening because of the bass from the center. This happens on my system too. The bass from the center just messes with the tv. As far as I know there is nothing you can do besides buying an entertainment center to put the center on.
