blueray player settings
my blueray player has a ton of settings about like my TV does. i have the picture setting on my tv set on "cinema" mode and most bells and whistles turned off.
my blueray player has a few picture settings like: fine, normal, cinema, soft and one or two others and i have it set to "cinema" also. not sure if that would be the correct setting for a blueray player or not as i've "heard" a few different things so i thought i'd ask here.
any suggestions?

Re: blueray player settings
Cinema is often the best mode to start with to get a good calibration. But, that obviously can change with every different model. You'd have to search on the exact model to find users that have already tried everything. AVS Forum would be one spot to probably find threads about almost every A/V device known to man.

Tell us the brand and model of Blu-ray player. Different brands use different names for various things, so people with your model of player will be able to give you better advice.
