Just wondering if someone can tell me why the XBR400 is so much better, (and more expensive). Looking at them side by side, I can't tell the difference, so I'm tempted to go with the much cheaper FV26.

thanks for any advice you have!

The XBR400 is HD-ready and capable of displaying 480P and 1080I HDTV resolutions while the FV26 is a traditional analog tv and limited to NTSC resolution. If you want a "future proof" TV go with the XBR400, more than worth the difference in price.
