Can I use an Audio Interlink 250 Monster Cable as a Digital Coax cable or do I need a specific Digital Coax cable (such as IDL100)?

Thanks.

You can use a good shielded Video cable as a Coax cable. I assume you are talking about the digital coax with the RCA ends, regular RCA cable works just fine, just use the video one for beter shielding.
