Put them in the wall. Two holes, one hidden by the TV the other with a nice face plate. All available at Home Depot/Lowes/ACE Hardware.

Wire wall cover / molding similar to this.

I've seen a few similar in use (although I don't one one of my own) and if you can get used to shadowing on the wall it's a relatively cheap solution. Painting it the same can also ease the pain. Preferred over visible wires at least.

I've seen latch types with hinges and others where a channel cover completely separates from a base piece (which is mounted to the wall) to allow wire access. The latch types are not as uniformly shaped as the 2 piece sets but work equally well for access.

Note that this works best when coupled with a higher end receiver that can do analog-to-digital conversions (and an IR universal remote). This allows you to connect all your components to the receiver at some convenient out-of-the-way place, such as a closet, and then run a single HDMI cable to the TV. Total cables to the TV will be two (power, HDMI), with a third if you need direct Internet access. A very clean look.
