InFocus X10 projector

Anyone here have this projector? I'm planning on buying one in the next few months, does anyone on this forum have one, and if you do could you tell me the positives and negatives. Thank you.

Re: InFocus X10 projector

I loved my Infocus X1. Sold on ebay for $100 when the bulb hit about 3700 hours. Color wheel made some noise once in a while but never went out. Only paid $999 for it. Great projector.

And more reliable than my current Optoma HD72 (bulb went black at 900 hours or so, RMA to fix lamp driver got me another 600 hours, same problem at 1500 hours, had to buy new bulb). New bulb is at 1550 hours and has been a little flickery...I'm afraid it will die like the last one.

Also started with an X1. Loved it. Now Optoma HD70 which has given me no problems.

Check out AVS for everything you ever wanted to know. And some things you probably didn't want to know.
