I know this is not EXACTLY dvd-hardware,
but this seemed the best forum for it

I want to get a good VCR that can do both
PAL and NTSC, as well as convert between them.
(ie I can playback from another NTSC VCR and record on it in PAL etc).

A few years back Panasonic had a model called
WH-1 or something. Couldn't find it on their website now.

Can someone recommend a VCR and a place to get it (maybe even with a deal?)
