Toshiba XD-E500 Question

Just bought the player today. I hit stop and shut the power off assuming that when I restarted the player it would resume play at the point I stopped but it didn't. I looked through the manual and didn't notice anything that indicated it could do this. I was very surprised because every player I've owned, with the exception a of a cheap Apex one did, including my old Toshiba SD-2600. If there are any owners of the XD-E500 out there who might be able to help me it out I would be mighty appreciative.

Re: Toshiba XD-E500 Question

No, it has no resume. I have an XD-E500 and while it has outstanding picture, it does seem to be lacking in features, along with no ratio adjustment in 1080P or I mode so all of your full screen DVDs will be stretched to fill the screen. And that sucks.
