DirecTV: Is that regular coax from the dish into the house?

My neighbor wants to run a longer cable from his DirecTV dish into his house, and he asked me if that was standard coax cable.

I seem to recall that satellite uses a different type of cable, but maybe I'm wrong.

Is it coax or something else?

Make sure he gets the RG6 and not a lesser grade of coax, even though they make look the same.
