Replacement Remote?
I have a Panasonic DMR-E85 (DVD player with Hard Drive) and the buttons are getting soft and sticking. So it takes multiple pushes for some buttons to work. I've seen 2 remotes on ebay, but they are $35 with shipping. Seems a bit high to me.
What are my other options for safe websites to purchase from? What about a universal remote? Keep in mind, that my Panasonic is a recorder with Hard Drive.

Harmony is the way to go...I just got the 550 from PCRichard for $53 shipped, and I love it. then keep your old remote, open it up and clean it up real nice (air duster, diluted alcohol for the rubber buttons and such), put it back together, test, and then chuck it in a drawer until you need it.
Other than that...try and get one direct from panny.

Well I put in a bid for the 550 on Ebay and lost. 
However I just got a invite from BZZ Agent for Harmony One remote. I am excited, so the 550 will just have to wait. Hopefully the One remote will do just as good, if not better then the 550.
