Mac Mini + Bootcamp + Xbox 360 HD-DVD over VGA

(I wasn't sure if this belonged in HD Talk or Home Theater, mods feel free to move the thread)

I've searched and searched this, I can't get find confirmation on whether this would work. I am considering purchasing a Mac Mini 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and probably upgrade the ram to 2gb. I would connect this via VGA to my DLP which receives 1920X1080p over VGA. I would also use Bootcamp to install either XP or Vista. Is there anyway I could use my Xbox 360 add-on with this Mac Mini set up?

I am considering using my VGA input for an HTPC. If I get another HDMI device, I'm out of inputs so the 360 would go back to component and then I would be limited to 1080i on the HD-DVD. Yea, I've read the 2006 stuff, the Mac Mini's are more powerful now.
