Help needed with choosing Region-Free DVD Player
I'm hoping to get some suggestions or feedback. I want to get a Region-Free DVD player, that does upconversion to 1080P, and that will convert PAL to NTSC. I'd like to stay below $120.00.
I'm considering the Pioneer DV-400V-K.
Any help is greatly appreciated, I have very little knowledge in this area. Thanks...
