Help with Panny TH50PX75U "first 100 hours" settings

Just had my new TH50PX75U installed on the wall yesterday, and I know there's a few others here with the same set.

What are you using for burn-in settings, with regard to brightness, etc?

And yes, I know I could sift through that long thread at AVS, but one of my parents is critically ill, and I don't really have the patience or time to do so right now. I'm more than a little emotionally frazzled.

Sorry for dragging my personal life into this, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just make sure the brightness and contrast are turned down.

Do a search on AVs for the Break in disc to help speed up the process. I threw it on when I was at work and sleeping and was thru the 100 hours in less than a week. You could also leave the channel on Discovery if you have it as they broadcast in HD 24/7.

Yup, put all the video settings to zero and use the break-in disc.
