Projector Help
I found this cheap (around $650 shipped with a mount and screen) and I was just wondering if anyone here has ever used one and knows if it's any good. At best all I really care about is watching DVDs on it. Any help would be appreciated and as the sale ends tomorrow, it's pretty urgent. Thanks a lot, all.

Defunct Account
There are people here who are much better informed on projectors than I am, but I'd avoid this one. It's not a home theater projector, it's meant for boardroom presentations or classroom use. It was manufactured for portability, not image quality. I'd be willing to bet that even DVDs would look very mediocre on this. It's also not HD. If you're going to plunk down that much money, why not get something that's going to be useful in a couple of years.

If you don't want an HD model, look for an Infocus 4805 or other theater projector. Videophile is correct, this doesn't look like much. Esp when you can get HD models that are good for theater for under $800 brand new.
