Remote w/multiple players dilema

Anybody have multiple dvd players from same manufacturer hooked up? If so, how do you get around two players picking up the remote command. Hoped to get around it by turning whichever player I am going to use ON with the button on the player itself but several buttons on the remote will turn on the other player(stop, play, pause, disc skip, etc.)

Assuming you don't want to change players, you have 2 possibilities, really. Some players have remote codes so you can set each remote to only operate one player. That probably isn't as common anymore (except for megachangers), so I wouldn't hold my breath, but check it out. Other choice is to get a remote distribution system with routing control. Most nice ones will do this, although they might not be cheap. Xantech or others are distribution systems, or some remotes have their own system, like the HTM MX-850 series with RF control.
