Anyone having problems with voom?

I had this installed tuesday. It updated the program info after about 30minutes like it was supposed to. But today it lost all that info and has been on for hours and hasn't downloaded anything. It also reset some of my settings. I didn't lose power and my signal strength is 98.

I haven't had any problems. I'm no Voom expert yet, so not even sure what to recommend (I've had my Voom about 6 weeks, but haven't had any issues yets <knocking on wood>).

Maybe reboot?

Here's a great source for Voom info: SatelliteGuys
