Need suggestions for Rabbit Ear Antennas on my non-cable TV

Hi All,

I have a Sony Trinitron Wega TV, but I don't watch much tv and only dvd's. I do, however, want to be able to obtain local stations for news and reports.

Can anyone recommend me the best "Rabbit Ear" antenna for my setup? Ideally, i don't want them to be protruding or to be rabbit ears - like the antenna to be as hidden as possible, but powerful as well.

I should be able to pick up a bunch of stations since I live in the middle of downtown Seattle.

Thanks!

I have some friends who actually installed outdoor antennas in their attics. It's hidden and gives much better reception than rabbit ears.
I am more lazy and have regular old amped rabbit ears. Just got the highest powered ones Wal-Mart had.

Thanks for the tip - I dont' have an attic (it's a condo) so I really need a form of rabbit ears.

Does anyone have any suggestions - maybe something I can buy off eBay? any particular models / brands I should be on the outlook for?

what about the Terk TV-55? It's supposed to work for normal TV as well as HD reception. To top it off, it's not as un-attractive as normal rabbit ears. The main down side is the price tag. They're about $100 at crutchfield or Best Buy.

Thanks for the tip! My parents actually have this antenna, but the problem with this is it is really BIG. I don't have the room to put this anywhere... Maybe there is something else?
