I am a wicked newbie to DVDs. Got our first player for Christmas. One movie plays fine. Another skips, stops, pauses, drags or the sound goes. Thought the DVD was damaged, so i exchanged it for another of the same title. New one does it, too. Any suggestions? Thanks alot

We can't help much without knowing the brand and model of player or the DVD title you're having problems with, but my inclination would be to exchange the player for another one.
