Which DVD players have the best downconversion these days?

Sony used to be too soft and Toshiba with too many jaggies; Panasonic in the middle. Are the current models still the same?

these days all the major brands have similar downconversion, though if you had to pick out differences, the generalization you made probably still applies (toshiba ->sharp, sony->soft, panny/pioneer ->middle).
