Portable dvd player that can do jpgs?

I am looking for a portable player that can also do a .jpg slideshow. I have gone to the site of some of the main people who sell portables, but I still have not found one that can do this.

Is there such a player on the market right now that you might know of?

Do you need a screen on it or can you just hook in into a TV?

I would want a screen on it,a s it would also be used on road trips with my daughter and her sister. The reason I would like it to have the ability to play the .jpgs is for meetings and the like at work, and still be able to use it for my enjoyment when possible.

The Samsung L-100 does this via memory sticks and/or CDs. And it does have a slideshow feature built into the system.

I'd test it out first though. I haven't played with this feature much yet, but what I saw initially wasn't very high picture quality.

I believe you have to use the second to the top most button on the right hand side to switch to the DVD player's photo handling capabilities. Try using small file sizes too. I had 650KB sized files on my memory stick and it seemed a little slow. Haven't tried smaller files myself, but worth a shot.

Hope it works for you.
