Noisy DVD Player
I have had a Pioneer DV-525 DVD Player for about 2 years. I have never had any problem except 1 constant. It is very noisy. I can hear the DVD spin everytime it is on. This is annoying if I have the volume low or it is a quiet part of a movie. Is there anything I can do about it?

I know this isn't much of a solution, but mine is pretty noisy too, so I put it in a closed cabinet (glass door), now I don't hear it any more. I haven't heard of anything you can do to the player to make them quieter. But that would be nice.

I'm pretty anal when it comes to DVD player noise myself...... in that i hate it and wish to rid myself of having to hear it
Most DVD players from what ive read, are all fairly noisy when compared to one another. I plan to build a shelf with a sliding door to block the sound out.
