JBL speaker deal at ubid
I just ordered a pair of jbl speakers from ubid for $390 shipped, which is a significant discount over the retail price of $1000.
These speakers a great deal for anyone in the market for a new pair. They are a current model, and brand new as well.

I just noticed the speakers over there as well when I was browsing the electronics section.
The speakers are the JBL Studio series S312. It is a 3 way system with 1" titanium tweeter, 4' midrange, and 12' woofer.
Nice sounding speakers but kind of large in size. Personally I own the S38 which is a three way design with 8" woofers. I thought they sounded smoother overall than the S312 hence the reason why I purchased them.
If you don't mind a larger sized cabinet and a little more bass extension to you music, these speakers are a great value on ubid.
