Instead of bumping the thread every few hours, why not e-mail the guy who wrote the review? Just click on his byline.
As cheap as this player is, I seriously doubt it's multi-region. And even if it is, the review states that it can output to NTSC or PAL monitors. It says nothing of converting PAL to NTSC.
