I had a couple of BDs shipped to me on the 19th and they have yet to arrive. I would always get my movies a no later than a week after they were shipped before but this seems to be taking entirely too long. Have they changed their shipping type?

I had one order ship on the 20th and received it on the 22nd. I had another order also ship on the 20th and it has yet to arrive.

The last two BDs that I've ordered (Se7en & The Exorcist) were back ordered on release date (say what?) and took an extra week or two to get in stock... But, once they shipped, it was about five days, give or take. So, Business as usual here on the shipping.

They tend to use media mail which *can* be much slower depending on the distribution center(s) it goes through on it's way to you. I've noticed little to no difference here. Most orders arrive about a week following shipping which is typically one or two days after I get the "your order has shipped" email.

I would guess your culprit is the PO and the way media mail is handled.

Still waiting for my order from October 20. I'm bummed because it's the Apocalypse Now Blu-ray that I'm itching to watch. I'll give it a few more days before I contact CH.

Exactly the same for me! My AN Full Disclosure was shipped on 10/20, but nothing yet.

I did call today, and the CSR told me to wait until the 10th before calling back to file for a lost shipment.

Based on my last order, delivery times are still the roughly the same as I've experienced for years on in stock product. I placed an order Sunday (10/31) and it arrived today (11/6). All titles ordered were "in stock" at the time of order.

I placed an order on Tuesday and got it today. They used a USPS partner delivery company called Streamlite. Hopefully, this is them turning over a new leaf. ('Course you're still at the mercy of when USPS carries the package the last leg.)

My Apocalypse Now order has taken longer than any of the hundreds of orders I've ever placed with CH. Orders placed after this one shipped, arrived days ago.

Weird... But worth taking a note of... As I replied earlier in this thread, The Exorcist was delayed a week as backordered and Se7en was delayed two weeks as a backorder... Both, on release date and ordered way in advance. So, I dunno, could be the on hand stock for BDs on release date is so-so. Or not. But, it smells a bit like a trend here on catalogs.

My order history shows the copy that shipped on October 20 as now backordered. The replacement copy from today shows as claimed, whatever that means.

Are you sure? My order history shows the two lost movies as "Claimed", which just means we reported them as missing/lost. The two replacements are showing "Backordered".

You are correct(I misread it). Sorry about that. I noticed that they took my fulfillments away and now say that I need to buy 2 in the next year. They better count this as two fulfillments whenever the replacement order ships of there will be hell to pay!

If they ship the free title at the same time as Apocalypse Now, then the glitch should work and the order will count as 2. However, if AN remains on backorder and they ship the freebie by itself, then we'll only get credit for 1 fulfillment.

Received from CH today for what it's worth: "At this time, we are experiencing a slight delay in the shipment of orders. This is a temporary situation, and will be resolved shortly."

I just checked my account and my Apocalypse Now & Iron Man 2 BOGO order shows as being shipped and they did give me credit for 2 fulfillments.
