Hold it, now there's a shipping glitch?

I think he's talking about the glitch were if the regular price of the movie was $20 or more & you used a coupon to bring your total down to under $10, it counted as a fulfillment title. Happened to me

Same, ordering some of these caused me to fulfill my commitment.

Ya log off for a couple weeks, then miss arguably the greatest opportunity at CH in its history, and certainly in the last couple years. Rats! And I had an account to fulfill too. Ah well, congrats to those who got in.

Churchill: "Would you sleep with me for five pounds?"

Socialite: "Mr. Churchill, what kind of woman do you think I am?!"

Churchill: "Madam, we've already established that. Now we are haggling about the price”
So is it just a matter of degree?

Anyway, I placed 15 orders so I guess I was over the "downright appalling" line.
I prefer this Churchill quote:

Lady: "Drunk again as usual, I see Winston"
Churchill: Yes, and you are still ugly I see. But in the morning at least I shall be sober".

I only placed 6 orders, but I wasn't being particularly noble, that's all I wanted since they don't carry Fox or Disney releases.

Have all your "balance due" at the top disappeared? Mine is still there (I paid via cc and bill me). I thought maybe the sum was the "bill me" portion but it doesn't add up.

Hmm--I paid the balance due. Will need to see what I end up getting charged--only did so because I got a call from the fraud protection department saying I would need to ask them to process my payment again after confirming the charges weren't fraud.

Looks like I'm good, I see:
03/13/2012 03/13/2012 Sale DBI*COLUMBIA HOUSE $58.50

My balance due charges zeroed out, my orders have shipped and I was charged correctly by CH(I also placed CC and Bill Me orders).

BTW, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo has already shipped.

Received a few yesterday and just got shipping notes on 3 more.

Also noticed Girl with the Dragon Tattoo says "shipped". No date just yet though.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

Got my orders in the mail today. I'm not sure if Columbia House intended to give the deals they did with the $10 and $15 off coupons, but BIG ups to them for honoring the sales.

They didn't. I also don't think that they honored anything. I feel that it's more likely that they are just inept. Enjoy your haul.

lol, well I was trying to be positive about it but either way, we all came out winners (except the few who posted that they missed out on the deal; sorry).

And I will! You enjoy yours as well.

Are your packages coming by First Class Mail? They gave me a 3/29 delivery estimate so I presumed it was Media Mail. Being that each title is mailed separately, the cost for First Class would be the same for here or the Mainland, so I thought it odd.

They had to be first class with as fast as they arrived. I was also surprised to see that my e-mail shipping notices included a link to a site to track the shipments. I met the mail lady today and she scanned each one. I don't ever recall CH using any kind of delivery confirmation like that before.

I got this email too. It is not supposed to be good on upcoming release blu-rays but it does work on them. Too bad shipping kills it.

And, of course, nowhere near last week.

Has Columbia House dropped the bloodhounds? A few years ago, CH started calling in lawyers on people after they exploited a glitch allowing them to buy 1 DVD and get 4.
