^The $13.77 price is the true "regular" price for this set as "40% off Sets" is not really a sale but the normal, regular offer on box sets at CH. It would typically not count towards fulfillment and, being 3 disks, it would cost $5.99 to ship. With a B1G1 combo it could be an OK price using the "old math" for average selection cost.
