CH: Why no Face/Off SE dvd??
I see they have the HD DVD up for pre order, and the old version in stock, why wouldn't they carry the new 2 disc version? Any thoughts?

Columbia House isn't always good about stocking a new version of a movie they already have. They never did get the new version of Red Dawn in stock either.

it kinda pissed me off that they didnt get it in regular DVD but are getting the HDDVD of it. Oh well, I went with Amazon and the John Travolta Thriller Collection (which includes FACE OFF: 2-disk SCE, Domestic Disturbance, and The Generals Daughter for $18.99).

Sometimes they don't have all new releases up for pre-order and they show up on the site on the day of release.

Well that sure surprises me. I thought for sure this would be another of those where we never got the double dip. It's still listed as a preorder coming out on 10/9 though.
