Just to clarify: Sale Codes cannot be used with funcash, but from time to time, Specially Priced items can appear in the funcash cart with the sale price--sometimes even bringing free shipping along for the ride, like the boxset sale earlier this year.

Thanks guys, I'm sorry to re-iterate the quiestion... it was just that when I went to the funcash screen, they had that whole sale b1g1 banner as well as in a yellow background frame with movies featured. Thought it was diff this time around.

I haven't been in CH for years. What kind of holiday sales do the usually have? What can we hope for? Also, do they ever have any specials for funcash? I have over $200 now.

If you look right up a few posts in this very thread you'll see that funcash is usually taken from regular price only. The only deals that ever come along for it are when a glitch causes a sale price to appear in the funcash cart. There's no way to predict when it may happen again, but I know of at least twice in the past six or so months.

Are you sure you still have funcash? It expires at the end of each year, so if you haven't been using CH for years, then you won't have any left.

Preorders are never available as the freebie in a B1G1. Sometimes you can get the coming Tuesday's releases to come up free a couple days early, but that's not always true.

Sometimes you can also order a pre-order as a free one in a B1G1 as long as it doesn't have a "Sale Price." I successfully ordered "Return to House on Haunted Hill" and the new release of "Hellraiser" a few weeks in advance on that B2G3 deal a few weeks ago. If you look at the list of Upcoming Releases, you will see a (very) few of them don't have Sale Prices (in red), for whatever reason. I just skimmed the list and saw the new release of Blade Runner doesn't have a Sale Price, BUT it didn't work as a free one in my cart. So I don't know what controls this particular glitch/quirk.

Just a heads up the Nov. 13th, 20th, & 27th titles are available as $7.95/free titles now. Just ordered 2 disc Live Free & Die Hard, 2 disc Hairspray, & I Know Who Killed Me. Hmm... I tried Ocean's 13 and a couple others and they wouldn't work. Hit and miss then, I guess-- or user error.

No such animal. Funcash is "code independent". Offer codes do not work with FC. Never have.

I'm guessing he's looking for codes that will give him extra funcash like the double or triple funcash codes. But he is a new member so you never know.

Some codes have worked with funcash as a glitch but never on purpose that I know of.

I forgot that you can't use b1g1 on boxes, and tried this code on a couple Twilight Zone sets.

What's the best way to get box sets? The price was quite a bit more than just buying it on Amazon!
