New Columbia House Problem?
I have an account with Ch as most of us do, Currently this is on the make payment now screen
Invalid Payment Amount. Partial Payment Exceeds the Account Balance
Your Outstanding Balance Is: $-28.93
While most payments made will be reflected in your account balance immediately, some payments may take up to 24 hours to be applied to your account.
I tied to make a payment using a gift card I had ( VISA ) with about 11 bucks on it becuase i will never use it but it is not allowing me, any ideas.

^ Yep. You have a negative balance. As long as the balance is in the minus range you'll not be able to put any more money on the account because THEY OWE YOU. If you've recently returned an already paid for item that could be what has caused this.
