Problem with columbia house

I've been using columbia house dvd club for a while now and never had any trouble. I recently opened a new account and ordered 1 dvd from that account. I paid for it after I got it since I don't have a credit card. So my balance is $0.00
I tried making another purchase but now they won't send it till I prepay for it. This is the only account they are doing this too. I email them but get the same old bs. Anyone else have this trouble?

How much is your second purchase? It may be that you have to wait a while to establish a payment history before they allow you very much credit.

$45.95 is the order which is 1 dvd they refuse to send. My previous order of $33.96 shipped then I paid. Before now they would limit me to 2 dvds at a time never where they wouldn't send unless I prepayed.

Another mystery of columbia house, I sometimes wonder if it depends on who processes the order.

They have probably done the same thing to others, I know they have to me. Not long ago I had to prepay for a 20 something dollar order but they just shipped an entire order of $51.72 this week, I'm going to pay for it this friday.

I've been having to pre-pay for everything except for my initial two orders that I ever placed with them. It's weird. The exception is I just re-applied for a second account using a code that required a PSN but no credit card info (but these haven't been getting approved).
