Exchanging a full batch for WS Equivalent.

I just did a full enrollment, 8 dvds, except the woman over the phone automatically assumed I wanted Full screen on all 8 dvds. I blame herself and my own self for not certifying that I use WideScreen. Anyhow, what all do I do to get these replaced with Widescreen equivalents? Does this come with a return label, or will I have to make my own?

^ You probably can write "refused, return to sender" on the unopened enrollment box and send it back. When Columbia House receives it they will cancel the membership and refund the money you have paid.

Or you could call (difficult to get through, try 800-801-4039 or 888-467-7404) or e-mail ([email protected]) and ask what you should do.

Your experience shows why we recommend that you make a list of the selection numbers of each DVD you want (plus a backup or two in case one is out of stock) when you apply for membership by phone. It makes the process go more easily for the CSR and you are assured of getting the version that you want.
