I signed in with another newly fulfilled account and tried the code 108012, still not recognizable. Then I signed out and signed in again using the account with the offer email, the offer showed up on top of my browser. So I guess it's linked to my account.

But that one, it's just cranky.
Try rmallory's code 806162, it should work. At least works for me.
