Ch Tv Edition Questions

I did not see a place for questions for the TV club side, so if these is the wrong place please do move, but I signed up and they sent me my first package however was missing one selection from the buy one for 9.95 get one free code. They did send me a rain check form, but it says can not be used for sets, however the TV edition side would be a set would it not. Again sorry for the wrong place if so but help...

I haven't heard of that happening before, your best bet is to call them tomorrow and see what they tell you. If they won't give you a set you can just return the entire package and reenroll.

I've had this happen before. They'll give you a set. You need to either call or e-mail when redeeming the rain check, don't fill out the rain check and snail mail it.

^ I believe that you will be limited to sets that are available for enrollment. But the CSRs have wide latitude and sometimes make mistakes.

You can't use a rain check "on-line", unless you are referring to making your request by e-mail.

It used to be that you could have 2 open accounts per club, per address. So, you could have 2 regular DVD accounts as well as 2 TV accounts. I believe that it's now supposed to be 1 account per address, but I have 2 accounts in the DVD Club and the TV Club and I have never encountered any problems.

There's a thread in the Hot Deals forum discussing the BMG CD Club. The basic deal is 7 CDs for free(except for a $2.79 shipping charge per CD) upfront. You'll then have to buy 1 CD at regular price and you'll get an additional 4 CDs(12 for 1). Occassionally, they'll have a 15 for 1 deal. There's always a Buy 1, Get 4 FREE code that you can use when you fulfill. There's also another BMG Club called Your Music. In that club, you can get any CD for $5.99 with free shipping and no obligation to fulfill. They charge you a monthly fee of $5.99 and ship out the CD at the top of your queue. Here's the link to that club-
