Well, not only are none of these tricks working to get the $5 off for my unfulfilled account, but now I can't find the box to select the number that count for fulfillment.

Looks like I may need to do two three-title orders to kill this membership.

I placed an order today using the BOGO + Free Shipping Offer. I then called Customer Service and told them, that I'd been sent an email at enrollment offering $5 off my first web order. She issued a $5 credit to the order that I placed today once she verified that this was indeed the first order placed on this account.

It would appear that CH has finally pulled the plug on the web coupon. All of the backdoor tricks stopped working about a week ago.

Really? I was just about to ask mod to make this a sticky
I've only had maybe half a dozen accounts but still that extra 5 always added up (especially when I was able to get it twice on an account or 2)

How about a thread that lists all the movies on the site that are out of stock (like for that criterion deal mentioned in another thread)

ahh, my paranoia was real. I wonder how long the method I was using would have lasted if I'd kept it to myself.

But you served the greater good, souvenir!! Just think of how many hundreds (dare I say thousands?) of $5 offs were applied thanks to you!

They tried to rip me off in early December adding the five bucks back to my order on the bill, even though my checkout receipt clearly showed the discount. I did complain by email, and the charge was credited on my CC.

I did many orders with CH throughout December, and although their web accounting scheme is needlessly complicated, it all adds up, and apart from the $5 discount problem, which was rectified, they committed no slips or errors. All the discs I ordered eventually arrived. The funcash deals I got were honored.

I am so impressed with this performance I am encouraged to quit and sign up again!!
