Finally got an app approved, have things changed?

Finally got an app approved, have things changed?
Been long time and finally got an app to go through. I had to wait for a mailing asking me to come back, and after applying, THAT took 2 weeks!
So.. I go to webdvd to get $5 off, and I don't see the usual banner stating you get $5 off, yadda...
So I clear cookies/cache/temp internet files and try again. No banner.
Also.. where did the link or box go that said "looking for the offer in your mailing" or something like that. I don't see that either. I see 2 offers up but no box to put an offer code that I want to use.
Feelin silly as to why I can't find these things.

webdvd appears to be awol, but you can use webtv to get your $5 off.
From the looks of things, their customer service is even worse than before, if that's even possible.
Be sure to print out or screen capture your recipts in case CH decides to screw you over.
