Disney sending DVD's even though I declined

Disney sending DVD's even though I declined

Has anyone else had this problem? The last two director's selections (or whatever Disney calls them) have both been sent to me, even though I declined them on the website. I just received Kronk's New Groove, and Valiant was shipped earlier this week. I need to call them Monday to straighten this out. The website says they still charge you shipping for items you return. Does anyone know if they charge it even when it's their mistake?

Yes, it happened to me. I was never able to get it resolved. Just had to quit the club.

This is why I quit the club. I know I replied online and they would still get sent. The worst part was the person arguing I must not have replied online.

I called them about it yesterday. They had no record of me replying for Kronk's New Groove or Valiant, but they said they did have my reply for Lady & The Tramp. Valiant hadn't shipped yet, so they were able to cancel it before sending it. I'm thinking I'll just fulfill within the next month or so, then cancel again.

dont they email a confirmation like ch does when you decline a selection?

I always decline online and have never been sent a dvd that way. The screen always says they're sending an email to confirm the decline, but I never get one.
