Apps. disappear, but orders too?
Has anyone ever had an actual order disappear?
I recently used a Buy one get one code to order FFVII:AC and Spartan. And now the order is gone. It's not under "Outstanding" or "Completed" and the "Amount of last payment" was for the enrollments.
The Buy one code was expried, so I'm assuming that was the cause, but all the same, has anyone ever had this happen?

In a word - Yes. Seems to be a more common occurence that you'd think. Or, maybe it's because we "holler" more?
If/when your order re-appears, it most likely will not be like you remember it - B0G0 may be gone, or your order may be split.

This has just happened to me as well. I had used the (expired) BOGO code, as well as the webdvd $5 deal. If I have to redo this order, I hope it will let me still use the $5 off code.
