Need Help On What To DO

I recently had a Columbia House Account I had from Wayback(Can't Remember) That I never fulfilled and it passed the date, and I keep getting letters from them saying ''If I do not pay they will report my Unsatisfactory account to a National Consumer Reporting Service'' and that this information will be on its files up to 5 years. Now can they really do this and do I have to pay? or can I just ignore it? thanks

Yes, they can report you to a credit agency. Just by two (or however many) DVDs from them and then cancel.

I swear this was just covered a few weeks ago.
You agreed to the terms of the offer, so just buy the dvds and get it over with.
I can't believe you even let it go this far (like two years!), and you never took advantage of any of the kickass offers over that period. You obviously know about this site.
