D'oh--received FS Madagascar. Now what?

I could swear that I picked the WS version, but I can't say for sure (the selection numbers do not appear in the confirmation or shipping e-mail). Will CH replace it with WS without charging me shipping? Is the best way to do this online or via telephone, and which is the best telephone number?

They will send you a return postage label to send back the FS version on their dime. They will send you the WS version for free(it will say Prodigy on your order status). I have always had great success by e-mailing them directly at [email protected]. Make sure that you list all of the necessary info(account #, order #, selection # for the WS version, etc) in your e-mail.

If it is their mistake, they will provide you with the shipping label and replace it for free. If you go to your order history and see that you did order the FS version, then you'll have to ship it to them out of your own pocket.

I have wondered the same thing if there was a glitch in their system though. I recently received a FS version of the legend of zorro when I thought I ordered the WS one. Looking through my history, it said I ordered the FS one.

Thanks, guys...I sent the e-mail. The weird thing is that, of the enrollment package, only one item appears in my order history on CH's website (the $9.95 purchase), so I can't honestly say if it was my mistake or not. Oh well, I await their answer.

CH always lists just one movie in the Order History for enrollment packages. Check the selection number for Madagascar on your invoice that came with your enrollment package. If the number is 4178703, then you did order the WS version. If it's 4182606, then you made a mistake and ordered the FS version.

If push comes to shove, take it to Target or Walmart - they're good about exchanging items sans receipt.

I was going to suggest that as well but looking at the copy of Madagascar I received from CH, it came shrinkwrapped and with NO security stickers across the case. The cover art could also be different where most B&M copies have the Peguins Christmas Caper banner across the top and my CH edition was missing it -- although it is included on the disc.

Looks like CH is coming thru with a replacement.

Better make sure it has security seals and the same upc number first.
